Who we are
ShareInfo ("we", "us") provides a service for publishing short-lived, shareable web pages on the shareinfo.link domain. This policy covers the ShareInfo signup site and dashboard.
What we collect
- Account data. The email address you sign up with, and an account identifier we generate for you.
- Content you publish. The pages and files you create through ShareInfo, stored so we can serve them at your link.
- Access logs. When someone opens one of your links, we record the time, approximate location, and request metadata so we can show you who viewed what. This is a core feature of the product.
- Operational data. Standard server logs and security events needed to run the service reliably.
How we use it
- To create your account, your personal subdomain, and your API keys.
- To serve the pages you publish and show you their view activity.
- To keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.
- To contact you about your account when necessary.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the content of your pages for advertising.
Where it lives
Account data, published content, and access logs are stored on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Authentication is handled by Amazon Cognito. We retain data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
Your choices
- Delete a link. Remove any published page at any time from your dashboard; it stops resolving immediately.
- Delete your account. Schedule deletion from your dashboard. Your links stop working at once, and your data is erased after a 30-day grace window. (See our Terms for details.)
- Access or export. Email us to request a copy of the data associated with your account.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
